Gender Fellowship 1.0

This is a year-long orientation and training program with youth from states such as Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar and Delhi. The training aims at understanding intersectionality and equipping our fellows with this lens as they work in their respective states, across diverse issues.

The first cohort of fellows are currently in their Action Plan stage, where they will be implementing their learnings in their own regions in Year 2, in association with Himachal Queer Foundation.
